Banana Lemon Mousse Recipe

3 very ripe bananas
3 tablespoons agave nectar or real maple syrup
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon freshly grated lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 cup unsweetened hemp, soy, rice, or almond milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
Serve immediately or chill for an hour in the refrigerator.
Try pouring the mixture into popsicle molds for a great summer treat.
