By Erin Palinski-Wade, Tara Gidus, Kristina LaRue

Perk up your flat-belly diet with this tropical treat. A bit of coconut punctuates this recipe for Aloha Turkey Burgers, which you top off with a drizzle of Creamy Mango Sauce. It’s a delicious way to prepare poultry in a belly-friendly way without sacrificing flavor and taste. Just make sure you purchase “ground turkey breast,” not “ground turkey,” for a lean protein option.
