Green Bean Fries

4 cups fresh green beans, ends removed
1/2 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon canola oil
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
In a large bowl, toss together all the ingredients.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and spread the prepared green beans evenly on the baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the green beans are crispy and a little dehydrated.
