Green Bean Fries - dummies

Add this flat-belly recipe for green bean fries to your repertoire, and they’ll become a family favorite. Serve them in place of regular potato fries — your family and dinner guests will love the crunch and flavor! This recipe is yummy with broccoli, too.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 25 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

4 cups fresh green beans, ends removed

1/2 teaspoon fresh minced garlic

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon canola oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl, toss together all the ingredients.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and spread the prepared green beans evenly on the baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the green beans are crispy and a little dehydrated.
