Frozen Yogurt Bites for Your Flat Belly Diet

Looking for a cool and refreshing snack for your flat belly diet? This one for Frozen Yogurt Bites couldn’t be easier, and no fruit is off limits. Mangoes, grapes, pineapples, and peaches would be amazing covered in frozen yogurt!

Prep time: 10 minutes

Freeze time: 25 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

1 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt

2 bananas, sliced

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup raspberries

  1. In a large bowl, place the Greek yogurt.

  2. Toss the bananas, blueberries, and raspberries into the bowl of yogurt, and gently stir to coat.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and place each fruit piece individually on the baking sheet.

  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 25 minutes or until completely frozen.

  5. Peel the frozen fruit from the parchment paper and transfer to a resealable freezer bag; store until ready to eat.
