Flat Belly Diet: Mango-Pineapple Overnight Oatmeal

This no-cooking recipe for Mango-Pineapple Overnight Oatmeal is so easy you’ll make it over and over for your flat-belly diet. Throw everything into a bowl, put it in the fridge, and you’ll wake up to a tropical treat that you can enjoy warm or cold.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 2 minutes

Yield: 2 servings

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 cup Zico brand pure coconut water

1 cup water

1 cup mango, cubed

1 tablespoon shredded coconut

  1. In a bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds, coconut water, and water. Cover, place the bowl in the refrigerator, and let sit overnight.

  2. In the morning, microwave the mixture for 1-1/2 minutes or until the desired temperature is reached.

  3. Top with mango and shredded coconut. Serve warm.
