Flat-Belly Diet: Jamaican Jerk Beef and Shrimp Shish Kebabs

16 ounces top sirloin steak, cubed 1-inch thick
8 ounces jumbo shrimp, deveined, peeled, and tails removed
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon jerk seasoning
1 tablespoon 100 percent orange juice
2 cups diced pineapple
In a large bowl or resealable plastic bag, marinate the steak and shrimp in the lemon juice, jerk seasonings, and orange juice for 15 to 30 minutes.
On wooden skewers, line the steak and pineapple together and the shrimp separately.
Grill the steak and pineapple on high heat for 7 to 10 minutes; grill the shrimp for 2 minutes, until cooked through.
