This versatile flat-belly recipe for Fruity Ham Skewers with Pumpkin Dip is perfect for a brown-bag lunch, party appetizer, or fun snack. Mix it up with your favorite fruits and meats! 12 ounces low-sodium ham, cubed

1 cup pineapple, cubed

2 bananas, large dice

1 cup strawberries, tops removed

1 cup mango, large dice

1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup 100 percent pure pumpkin puree

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon maple syrup

  1. On skewers, arrange the ham, pineapple, bananas, strawberries, and mango.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup until combined.

  3. Serve the skewers with a side of pumpkin dip.
