Crunchy Blueberry Party Mix - dummies

Who can resist this sweet-salty blend of dried blueberries, pretzels, and granola? This flat-belly recipe is so easy to make, you’ll want to keep all the ingredients on hand for impromptu parties!

Prep time: 5 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

1 cup dried blueberries

1 cup chopped walnuts, lightly toasted

1 cup thin pretzels, broken

1 cup low-fat granola or other whole-grain cereal

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.

  2. Store in an air-tight container for up to 1 week.
