IBS-Friendly Recipe for Shannon’s Non-Dairy “Yogurt”

2 cups raw cashews
Juice of 2 lemons (about 1/2 cup)
3 tablespoons agave or raw honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of sea salt
Soak the cashews in water for 1 hour and rinse.
Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
