Gluten-Free Warm Fruit Sauce - dummies

By Jean McFadden Layton, Linda Larsen

This gluten-free fruit sauce can be served over pancakes or waffles or as a dipping sauce with toast fingers. You can vary this fruit sauce in many ways. Instead of applesauce, purée some drained canned pears to equal 1 cup. You can add chopped toasted nuts to the sauce or add some dried fruits like dried cherries or cranberries.
