Gluten-Free Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting

This easy gluten-free vegan cream cheese frosting recipe uses only four ingredients and can be prepared in just 10 minutes. Add this cream cheese frosting to a vegan carrot cake (or cupcake) recipe for a truly decadent treat.

Yield: 6 servings

8 tablespoons Tofutti cream cheese

8 tablespoons Earth Balance Buttery Spread

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

  1. Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl.

  2. Using a spoon, beat until combined.

    Don’t use a mixer or the frosting will break apart and become oily.
