Simply moving to a whole-foods diet and adding one or two fruit and vegetable juices to your daily routine will go a long way toward flushing your systems and tissues.

The following table lists some juice and smoothie combinations and the organs they target. Combine three or four fruits and/or vegetables with 1/2 teaspoon dried herb in a juice or smoothie and vary the combinations each time. Use these detoxifying juices in a daily juicing program or in a specific detoxifying program.
