Beer Cheese Dip Recipe
Quick and easy to make for your next party, this beer cheese dip is great served with pretzels, cubes of pumpernickel bread, apples, or veggies. It is also great on grilled hamburgers or hot dogs.
One 8-ounce package of cream cheese (room temperature)
One 8-ounce package of Velveeta cheese (room temperature)
1 bottle of beer
Garlic powder to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste
With a mixer or food processor, blend the cream cheese with the Velveeta cheese until smooth and a little fluffy.
Add the garlic power and cayenne pepper to taste.
Start adding the beer and mix until you get the consistency you desire.
About 3/4 of the bottle of beer.
