Peeling Hard-Cooked Eggs
Peeling hard-cooked eggs can be super simple or super frustrating. The easiest hard-boiled eggs to peel are ones that were in the fridge for a while. The fresher the egg, the more difficult it is to peel. Running cold water over the eggs while you peel can help separate the egg white from the shell slightly, making peeling easier.

You want to crackle the shell all over.
You can store hard-cooked eggs in their shells in the fridge for about a week, so you don’t have to use them right after you cook them.
