QuickBooks 2016 makes it easy to calculate and edit numbers. If the selection cursor is in an amount field, you can use these symbol keys to make calculations, such as adding the number you just typed to the next number you type. In addition, you can make many edits to your data, such as replacing a date with today’s date, or changing the date to December 31st of the current year.
