Establishing Printer Options in Sage Timeslips

When printing any report in Sage Timeslips, you can set options that control how your printer behaves. And you set these options on a report-by-report basis, so that the options you set for one report don't affect options you need for another report. Just follow these steps:

  1. On the toolbar running down the right side of any Report Entry window, click the Print Setup button.

    The Print Setup button is the third button from the bottom of the toolbar. The Print Setup dialog box shown in the following figure appears.

  2. Make selections in this dialog box to establish, for example, the paper size and orientation that you want to use for the report.

  3. Click OK.

  4. Click the Save (disc) button on the vertical toolbar.

    The Save dialog box appears.

  5. Deselect all check boxes except the Report Device Options and Print Setup check box.

  6. Click OK.

    Remember, the settings you establish here are for the current report only.
