Include clouds in your pictures

Clouds give landscapes depth, interest, and perspective, and can add emotion and drama even to simple images. The edges of clouds can especially increase this effect as opposed to having the sky or screen filled with them. This photo, taken in a spring storm on the seawall near Havana, Cuba, was converted into black and white during post-processing to give it even more impact.
