Sometimes the seat listed on your ticket is as close to the action as you’re going to get. When you’re stuck in your seat, you still have a couple of options to get great photographs. For example, you can always get a wide shot of the entire field with much of the stadium. These are establishing shots because they establish where you are in a series of photographs, and they’re really important in telling the whole story of an event.
