The Navigation Pane in Windows 10 gathers your PCs most frequently used items. To make these items easy to find, the Navigation Pane divides itself into a few parts.

Quick Access locations are clickable shortcuts to your most frequently accessed locations in windows. Within the Quick Access section you can easily find your desktop, downloads, documents, and pictures.

OneDrive is a free online storage space from Microsoft that comes with any Microsoft account. Its password protected online so you know your files are safe and sound on your OneDrive account. You can use up to 15 gigabytes of space for free, but beyond that, you'll need to enter a credit card to raiser your storage limit.

The PC sections lets you browse through your PC's folders and hard drives. This section also holds your desktop, Documents, Downloads, Music, Pictures, and Videos.

Although Homegroups simplify file sharing, old-networks still work and any networked PCs, including your Homegroup buddies, appear in this section. Homegroups are two or more PCs that share information through a simple network. Click Homegroup in the Navigation Pane to see folders shared by other networked PCs in your Homegroup.

File Explorer is easier to use when you're not in Tablet Mode. To turn off Tablet Mode, slide a finger inward from the screen's right edge, and when the Action Center appears, tap the Tablet Mode button.
