How to Get Support for Your Android Phone

Never discount two important sources of support for your Android phone: the cellular provider and the phone’s manufacturer. Between the two, contact your cellular provider first, no matter what the problem.

Contact information for both the cellular provider and phone manufacturer is found in the material you received with the phone.

Okay, so you don’t want to go find the box, or you threw out the box. The following table lists contact information on U.S. cellular providers. The From Cell column has the number you can call using your Android phone; otherwise, you can use the toll-free number from any phone.

Your cellular provider’s help phone number might already be found in the phone’s address book app. Look for it there if it’s not listed in the table.

In the following table, you can find contact information for various Android handset manufacturers.
