Zoho's apps keep your office running smoothly. Here are the best Zoho apps with some information about what you use the app for, where you can find it online, and the most common tasks you'll accomplish in these apps.

  • Zoho Writer, word processor

    • To create a new document: Click New.

    • To save a document: Click Save.

  • Zoho Show, slide show presenter

    • To create a new new presentation: Click Create New.

    • To save a presentation: Click Save and then click the Save option.

  • Zoho Notebook, scrapbook for images, text, video, and audio

    • To create a new notebook: Click New Book.

    • To save a notebook: Click Save.

  • Zoho Planner, online organizer

    • To create a new page: Click Create New Page.

  • Zoho Mail, online e-mail system

    • To check your e-mail: Click Fetch.

    • To compose a new e-mail: Click Compose.

  • Zoho Sheet, spreadsheet

    • To create a new spreadsheet: Click New; then click Blank Spreadsheet.

    • To save a spreadsheet: Click Save.

  • Zoho Reports, database and report generator

    • To create a new database: Click one of the four icons on the Reports home page: Import . XLS, .CSV, .HTML; Create Database from Template; Enter Data Right Away; or Create Blank Database.

    • To open an existing database: Click the database; then click the table name from the list on the database home page.

    • To open an existing table in a database: Open the database; then click the table name from the list on the database home page.

    • To create a new table: Open the database and then click New and select new Table.

    • To save an open table: Click Save.

  • Zoho Invoice, invoice creator

    • To create a new invoice: Click the Invoices tab; then click Invoice on the Create New line.

    • To open an existing invoice: Click the Invoices tab; then click the name of the existing invoice.

    • To send an invoice through e-mail: Open the invoice and then click Send.

  • Zoho CRM, customer relationship management system

    • To create a new campaign: Click the Campaigns tab; then click New Campaign.

    • To open an existing campaign: Click the Campaigns tab and then click the name of the existing campaign.

  • Zoho Projects, team timeline scheduler

    • To create a new project: Click New Project.

    • To open a project: Click the project's name in the left pane.

    • To add a new task: Click the Tasks & Milestones tab; then click New Task.
