Excel 2013 allows you to move through the records you have created in the data form. You can use the scroll bar to the right of the list of field names or various keystrokes to move through the records in the database until you find the one you want to edit or delete.
To move to the data form for the next record in the data list: Press ↓, press Enter, or click the down scroll arrow at the bottom of the scroll bar.
To move to the data form for the previous record in the data list: Press ↑, press Shift+Enter, or click the up scroll arrow at the top of the scroll bar.
To move to the data form for the first record in the data list: Press Ctrl+↑, press Ctrl+PgUp, or drag the scroll box to the very top of the scroll bar.
To move to a new data form immediately following the last record in the database: Press Ctrl+↓, press Ctrl+PgDn, or drag the scroll box to the very bottom of the scroll bar.
