What Is EchoSign and Where Do You Get It?

You do not need to fill out all this information if you already have an Adobe ID (or an EchoSign account, for that matter). On the bottom of the sign-up screen is an option for entering your Adobe ID or your EchoSign password.

If the email address you’re using is already in the system, Adobe lets you know and gives you the opportunity to upgrade your account on their Registration page.
Obviously, fill out the specifics asked for, including a company name, even if you don't have one.
For example, self-employed works as a company name. If you don’t enter something into every field, you will receive an error message and be kicked back to the sign-up or Registration page.
EchoSign and e-signatures have at-home applications as well. Tax documents, such as the I-9 or W-4 can be signed via EchoSign. Need to sign a nondisclosure agreement? Use EchoSign. Need to get someone to sign a model release form so that you can publish their picture in the school newspaper? Use EchoSign. The applications might be endless.
