It’s very important that you know the right conversions when admitting patients or titrating their drug dosage according to their body weight. Ensure that you know the following conversions:

  • 1 kilogram: Equals 2.2 pounds

  • 1 stone: Equals 6.35 kilograms

  • 1 pound: Equals 0.45 kilograms
