liability: A debt your business owes, such as vendor bills and bank loans.

limited liability company; LLC: A business structure in which has ownership and IRS tax rules similar to that of a sole proprietorship or partnership, but the owners can't be held personally liable if the business is sued.

loss leader: A product or service that a business sells cheaply or below cost in order to attract customers.
