Slow Cooker Chicken Provençal

4 of 4 in Series: The Essentials of Creating Inexpensive Christmas Meals

This chicken provençal recipe uses the slow cooker. Unlike traditional chicken provençal, a slow cooker simmers slowly, so the food stays moist, eliminating the need for basting. Serve the chicken with French bread to soak up the wonderful juices.
