Paleo Workouts: Bodyweight Row

This video shows you how to perform a bodyweight row, which is best performed with a set of exercise straps, a suspension trainer, or gymnastics rings. First, be sure to give the straps or rings a tug to make sure they're secure. Start by leaning back and finding a challenging angle for yourself, and keep your body in a straight line from the back of your head through your tail bone. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and drive your elbows toward your hips, and then back through the full range of motion.
