2 bottles of red wine

1 cup spiced rum

1/2 cup sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (or 3 cinnamon sticks)

1 tablespoon whole cloves

1 whole orange peel

In a large pot on the stove, combine all ingredients and stir on medium heat. Let the mixture mull for at least 2 hours, taking care not to let it come to a boil. Once the wine is to taste, strain out orange peel and cloves and serve hot.
