hi -- it is very difficult for hard-of-hearing people, and impossible for deaf people, to follow a video without captions or a transcript. even for hard-of-hearing but not deaf people, moreover, the sound is usually fuzzy. in addition, and this goes for anyone who watches the video, it is impossible to save the info (for printout) when there is no transcript. i know that a video is easier to produce than a transcript or captioning (or is it?), but you are neglecting a large part of your audience this way. thank you for considering these comments.
