How to Work with Word 2010 Dialog Boxes

Dialog boxes expand your command options from the Office 2010 Ribbon. A downward-pointing arrow at the bottom right of a family grouping on the Ribbon lets you know a dialog box is available. Tabs within the dialog box organize your choices, many of which are available in menus that make selections fast and easy.
