How to View Archived Messages about Computer Problems in Windows 7

In the left pane, click View Archived Messages.
A list of archived messages about computer problems appears, along with the date encountered and current status. You can double-click a message for more details about an issue (and possibly steps on how to resolve it) or just click OK to close the Archived Messages window.
