How to Track Changes in a Word 2007 Document

   I need to delete a row from a table and track that change. i just want that particular change to show a revision mark on the left side, but the whole table is showing a revision mark on the left hand side?

   Why is there music in the background? I'm trying to hear the speaker and the music is very distracting. The screen printing is so small and blurry that it's very difficult to understand.

   I've tried to listen to the video at least 5 times on track a change & it keeps getting locked up
