You can change the default permissions for the Everyone group by selecting the desired permissions (Full Control, Change, Read) under the Allow or Deny column.
Windows will automatically select the appropriate check boxes to ensure you do not assign conflicting permissions for a user or group. (For example, you can’t allow a user to have Change permission but deny that user Read permission.)
