Woman speaks too rapidly to follow.

Why is this presented to us as a video? It would have made much more sense to give us something to print out. There is waaay too many steps to go thru while trying to follow a video. Also I could not find this in my copy of 'Windows Vista For Dummies'.

I can't get this to play!! Do you have a solution for that?

-- it is impossible to follow this for people who are hard of hearing. please include a written transcript with videos. -- the diction is also fuzzy, making it hard to understand even for those who do hear well. -- thanks.

You advertise Vista & XP how to's. So where's the video for windows XP in reference to the disk cleanup? I think the video is good but slow it down so regular people can do the steps as they are spoken.

Good tutorial... @ Comment 1: Press pause on video to stop it at each time. @ Comment 2: No more steps in a video than in a printout. Refer to '@ comment 1' section above. @ Comment 3: Install Flash player. http://www.adobe.com @ Comment 4 & dummies.com (& possibly comment 2): A written tutorial would probably help. http://www.helmetheadcycle.com

The tutorial is good except it only covers Vista - what about XP?

For step one, you tell me to click on the search option (w/magnifying glass) in the start menu...well, it's not there!!! (& yes, I have Vista)

What about XP? I would also prefer the information in a format that I can print!

Today, in Australia, it's 7 January. In this country we take the whole of January for summer holidays, thank you very much. But I gather that Dummies.Com lives in the US, given the 'accent' of the video commentator. And the US doesn't take all of January off - SO WHY IS THIS VIDEO STILL LABELLED AS APPLYING TO WINDOWS VISTA AND XP. There were three comments dated 5 January making this complaint!!! Jim Heppel, Larry Boyd and Ann Powers made this complaint before I have.

This video is too fast to be able to use without constant pauses. When will you make a printed version available?

Ever since I followed this video, I had two problems. One, I had to add a password to my Log In and Two, now I get a "The task image is corrupt or has been tampered with.Disk Cleanup" ever time I open Task Scheduler and the Task Scheduler will not run the Disk CleanUp. I tried to do a System Restore and I still have problems!!!! Don't do this if I were you.
