How to Report Problems to Etsy
Suppose you run across a problem while using Etsy. Maybe you find yourself engaged in a dispute with another Etsy member. Or perhaps you've stumbled across an item that shouldn't be sold on the site (in other words, it isn't handmade, vintage, or a craft supply). Or perchance some dastardly character has swindled you out of an item in your Etsy shop. If so, you can report it:
Log in to your Etsy account and click the Help link that appears along the top of any Etsy page.
The Help page opens.
Click the Select a Topic drop-down menu.
The Select a Topic drop-down list opens. To "flag" a shop or item that you think is in violation of Etsy's rules, choose Report Something You Saw in a Shop or Listing. To report another type of problem, such as harassment, choose Help with Disputes, Harassment, or a Suspicious Convo.
Type a subject for your message and then type your message.
Optionally, you can click the Choose a File button to attach a file. For example, if you've uncovered an item that shouldn't be sold on Etsy, you can capture a screen shot of the item's listing page and attach the image file to your message.
Click Submit.
Etsy notifies you that your report has been submitted; it also sends you a confirmation e-mail.
