I created a mail merge envelope using the same address database as for my mail merge letter; however, my printer can only accept envelopes one at a time. How can I get MS Word to pause between envelopes so I can feed the envelopes one at a time manually? (Or do I need to learn how to create mailing labels for the recipient addresses instead?)

Does anyone know how to set up an addres whether the 2 persons at the address have different surnames? e.g. Angela Brown and David Smith? I know I can enter them as Angela Brown first name and David Smith surname but this doesnt help when I come to entering Dear Angel and David as it will just show Dear Angela Brown???

I just want to know how to edit the mail merge recipient list. Why is there no edit or edit instructions. Do I have to do it all over again. There is an edit button but what should I do after clicking it. Lists get longer and also change you know. The short video did not explain any of that. H E L P
