When you move an object in GeoMaster on the TI-84 Plus, all other objects associated with that object will also undergo a change. To reshape a polygon or triangle, move one or more of its vertices. To change the size of a circle, move a point on the circumference of that circle or move the center of the circle.

To move one or more objects, follow these steps:

Press [CLEAR] to deactivate all GeoMaster tools.

When no tools are active, you see “GeoMaster” in the upper-right corner of the screen

Use the arrow keys to move the cursor to the first object you want to move and press [ENTER].

The object you selected is displayed as dashed lines. The first image shows a circle as one of the objects that is to be moved.

If you are moving more than one object, move the cursor to the second object and press [2nd][ENTER]. Select other objects in the same manner — move the cursor to the object and press [2nd][ENTER].

The additional objects you select appear as dashed lines. This is illustrated in the second image, where the line was selected as the other object to be moved.

When you are finished selecting objects to be moved, press [ENTER] while the cursor is on one of the selected objects.

The cursor appears in the shape of a times sign.

Use the arrow keys to move the selected objects and press [ENTER] to anchor the new location.

The cursor changes to the shape a small plus sign.

Move the cursor to a blank spot on the screen and press [ENTER].

The objects appear as solid lines.
