How to Grill, Broil, and Sear

Grilling and broiling require high heat. With a barbecue grill you can cook meat, fish, seafood, poultry, and vegetables. Broiling requires a broiling pan but cooks the same foods. Regardless of recipe, these cooking methods and tips lead to success.

    I am on a fire department and you should NEVER shut off your burners first, ALWAYS shut off the gas supply first, when the burner go out then and only then shut off the burners. Gas trapped in the line between your source and the shut off valve will cause the hoses to deteriorate and could cause fires.
