Sand the filler and wipe up all the dust.

Once the filler has dried, use lightweight sandpaper (use 180 grit). Be sure to only sand the excess filler.

    It seemed like when we first moved in 2 years ago we could slide furniture around and not get scratches. My wife has put layers of cleaners and waxes on our German made laminate flooring. I think the marks and large scratches are in the cleaners and not penetrating the wood. Can I strip the floor down to its original finnish?
