How to Feature an Item in Your Etsy Shop
One way to highlight items you want to sell in your Etsy shop is to feature them. When you do, those listings appear in a special "Featured" section on your Etsy shop's main page. You can feature as many as four item listings at a time. Featuring items calls special attention to them, and shoppers are more likely to see them. Featuring items is one method Etsy shop owners employ to increase sales of specific products.
To feature an item listing in your shop, follow these steps:
Click the Your Account link that appears along the top of any Etsy page.
The Your Account page opens.
In the Items section on the left side of the Your Account page, click the Currently for Sale link.
The Currently for Sale page opens.
Click the star in an item listing's Featured column to feature that listing in your shop.
Voilà! The item listings that you selected appear at the top of your shop's main page, with extra-large thumbnails to make them really pop.
You can also change the order in which featured items appear on your shop page. Follow these steps:
Click the Your Account link that appears along the top of any Etsy page.
The Your Account page opens.
In the Items section on the left side of the Your Account page, click the Featured Listings link.
The Featured Listings page opens.
To move an item up in the order, click its Up button; to move it down, click its down button.
