The Outlook Payment Request Wizard enables you to give the e-mail that you send to your eBay customers a more professional look by including a custom icon link to a PayPal payment page. To download and install the wizard (it’s a 3.8MB file for Outlook and 1.9MB for Outlook Express), follow these steps:

  1. On PayPal, go to the Merchant Services tab and scroll down to locate Request Money with Outlook (under the Manage Payments heading).

You can also go directly to the PayPal wizard page.
