How to Create User Accounts in Windows 8.1

Windows 8.1 lets you set up user accounts for each person who uses your PC. Like previous version of Windows, Windows 8.1 has Administrator, Standard, and Guest accounts. A Child account is a Standard account that automatically turns on family safety settings and gives you a weekly report of your child's online behavior.
