I can't find ordinary actions, like centering a table on a page. I hate this vista. How do I get rid of it>

Therese: Put your cursor inside the table, and a couple of new tabs will appear. Click the new Layout tab. On the far left is a Properties button that opens the Table Properties dialog box. Here, on the Table tab, you can adjust the table's alignment, text wrapping around the table, and other table-wide options.

Office 2007 isn't bad, it's just different. Once you get used to it, you won't want to go back.
