How to Configure a Signature on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3's Email App
When you are sending e-mail on your Samsung Galaxy Note 3, you may want to have a customized signature. Many people highly recommend that you create a custom e-mail signature for sending messages from your Galaxy Note. Here's an example of a signature:

To create an e-mail signature in Gmail, simply follow these directions that will take you just a few minutes:
At the Gmail app's main screen, press the Menu button.
Choose the Settings account.
Choose your Gmail account from the list.
Touch your e-mail address as it's shown on the touchscreen.
Type, scribble, or dictate your signature.
You can obey these same steps to change your signature; the existing signature shows up after Step 4.
To set a signature for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3's Email app, heed these steps:
At the Email app's main screen, press the Menu button.
Choose the Settings command.
Choose the Account Settings item.
Select a specific account from the list.
You create a separate signature for each e-mail account.
Create a new signature or edit the existing signature.
Feel free to change your signature from the one preset by Samsung or your cellular provider.
Touch the Done button.
