When you are sending e-mail on your Samsung Galaxy Note 3, you may want to have a customized signature. Many people highly recommend that you create a custom e-mail signature for sending messages from your Galaxy Note. Here's an example of a signature:

DAN

Typos, no matter how hilarious, are unintentional.

To create an e-mail signature in Gmail, simply follow these directions that will take you just a few minutes:

  1. At the Gmail app's main screen, press the Menu button.

  2. Choose the Settings account.

  3. Choose your Gmail account from the list.

Touch your e-mail address as it's shown on the touchscreen.

  4. Choose Signature.

  5. Type, scribble, or dictate your signature.

  6. Touch OK.

You can obey these same steps to change your signature; the existing signature shows up after Step 4.
