How to Compare Items on eBay Before Buying
By examining the results of your eBay search, you can get some useful information as to which item is the best deal. It’s a good idea as a buyer to familiarize yourself with the listing so you can make an informed decision.
By looking at the result you can identify certain facts about each listing:
Item title: A clickable link to the listing and a link to watch this item.
Price: The current bid or the Buy It Now price.
Shipping cost: The seller’s shipping cost to your ZIP code is posted for comparison, provided the seller input the flat shipping fee when the item was posted for auction or sale. If you don’t see a shipping cost, you have to click the title to read the description.
All Items, Auctions Only or Buy it Now: See the number of bids that have been placed on an item or if the item is available for a flat sales price. This information gives you a quick snapshot of the costs for the item you’re searching for.
Time Left: The countdown to the end of the auction or fixed-price sale listing.
