    This will not clean the dog's ears at all. This only removes, to a slight extent, visible wax. The real problems are deeper in the vertical and horizontal canals and this method touches neither. The method here is often suggested by Veterinarians that have no real appreciation for mechanical processes or what the goal of ear cleaning should be. Use the cleaner to break up the wax. Follow with a flood of soapy water and a vigorous massaging (bulb flushing is best) and then follow with fresh water. This will clean the ears and no..it cannot be done in the living room. If you are using cotton balls or Q tips you are not doing it right.
