Fixing a classic breakfast dish without using the common dairy ingredients that often are used in traditional recipes is so easy. Many traditional egg recipes are ideal for using soy and other forms of nondairy cheese because the cheese is distributed throughout the hot, moist egg mixture, helping it to melt evenly.
