How to Add a Company Profile Picture to Facebook Timeline
Marketing with Facebook’s Timeline requires a company profile picture, usually a brand logo. Thus, the first step in setting up your marketing page on Facebook Timeline is to upload a profile picture. Your profile picture is the smaller photo on the left. To upload your profile photo:
Hover on the profile image area and click the Edit Profile Picture function that appears.
A drop-down menu appears, enabling you to choose from a variety of options.
Choose the Upload a New Image option.
Alternatively, you can choose a photo that’s already been uploaded to Facebook or take an image using Facebook’s camera function.
Assuming that you’re going to upload your brand’s logo, choose Upload Photo and choose the file you want to upload.
Save your profile photo.

Private messaging: Allows your community to reach out and ask questions privately and then receive a personal response in return. Please note, some brands turn off the messaging feature because they’d rather not receive private messages. You can turn off the private messaging feature, but you’ll miss valuable community feedback because not everyone wants to publicly post to your Wall.
Notifications: A number on the Admin Panel tab shows all your new notifications so that you can welcome new members by name, see who is messaging you, know who is posting to your Wall, and find out who is talking about you on their own Walls.
The ability to highlight key events and photos: You can make certain content sticky to highlight key dates, milestones, and events.
