  • Grains

    • Barley, corn, oats, rye wheat: whiskeys

    • Wheat: vodka

  • Fruit/Vegetables

    • Agave: Tequila

    • Apples, grapes, and other fruits: brandies

    • Potatoes: vodka

  • Sweeteners

    • Sugar cane, molasses, honey: rum, cachaça, cordials/liqueurs
