Flat-Belly Diet: Jamaican Jerk Beef and Shrimp Shish Kebabs

Grilled foods are fantastic for the flat-belly diet because there's no added fat. Try this flavor-packed recipe for Jamaican Jerk Beef and Shrimp Shish Kebabs. Jerk seasoning is a traditional spice mix containing allspice, garlic, thyme, hot peppers, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Because proteins are filling, you'll be less likely to overindulge in too many carbs or fats. By making your plate one-quarter lean proteins, you keep your plate balanced with adequate whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats.
